PinnacleConnect is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our Fresno, California team on a remote basis. You will manage defense matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, depose witnesses, and coordinate with clients while working remotely.

The ideal candidate holds a CA Bar license and has recent insurance defense experience, with exposure to construction defect, toxic torts, and general liability matters.

Qualifications

• CA Bar is required.
• Recent insurance defense experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
