PinnacleConnect is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for a remote role serving the Novato/Bay Area, CA. The firm, with offices in Novato and Folsom, handles complex insurance defense matters for a diverse client base and offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses.

The successful candidate will manage matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, attend hearings, and advise on liability exposure and case strategy.

Qualifications

• CA Bar license required.
• Recent insurance defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
