We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an insurance defense attorney licensed to practice in New York with a track record in defending auto, trucking, premises, and casualty claims. The role offers full remote work with optional office presence and a 1,900-hour target.

Base salary ranges from $150K to $200K per year, plus monthly billable bonuses. 3–7 years post-bar experience and a willingness to try cases is expected.

Qualificações

• JD and active New York bar.
• 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
• Depositions taken, and a willingness to try a case.

Responsabilidades

• Defend auto, trucking, premises, and casualty claims in New York courts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions and arbitrations.
• Second-chair and try cases.
