We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for our Manhattan practice. This remote-friendly role offers exposure to high-stakes construction, Labor Law, and general-liability matters for major corporate and insurer clients.

You will own cases through discovery, depositions, motions and trial preparation, collaborate with national clients, and pursue a clear partner-track. Active NY Bar and 3+ years experience required.

Formación

• Active NY Bar admission required.
• Minimum three years of insurance-defense litigation experience.
• Construction, Labor Law and general-liability experience.
• Strong drafting, deposition and case-management skills.
• Stable employment history and strong academic credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Defend construction, Labor Law and general-liability claims.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages and risk transfer.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences, hearings and mediations.
• Communicate with insurers, corporate clients and claims professionals.
