Law Firms is seeking multiple Insurance Defense Attorneys across experience levels in California. The practice focuses on insurance defense and civil litigation with a trial-first approach and strong support infrastructure.

Open positions include Junior/Mid-Level/Senior Insurance Defense Attorneys, Public Entity Defense, and MedMal/Premises Liability. 100% remote options are available for CA-barred attorneys, with hybrid options depending on experience and location; salary ranges from $125,000

Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Review and evaluate new claims
Develop case strategy and litigation plans
Draft pleadings, motions and discovery
Handle written discovery, subpoenas and record collection
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and at hearings
Remote, hybrid and onsite options depending on position and location: SoCal & NoCal
Strong trial-focused culture
