We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Midlevel Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join our Chicago practice. This fully remote role handles sophisticated general liability matters with potential aviation-related exposure depending on experience.

You will manage defense matters and collaborate with clients and internal teams to strategize and resolve cases. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance defense litigation, JD from an accredited law school, and the ability to handle core

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Ability to work up a case with minimal supervision.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Responsabilités

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters including premises, product liability, wrongful death and related general liability claims.
• Handle day-to-day case development including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to develop strategy, evaluate exposure, and drive matters toward resolution.
