We Are Legal Revolution, a Texas-based firm, seeks an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to support a busy civil litigation practice handling general liability matters. This hands-on role requires ownership of cases, strong motion practice, and practical problem-solving in fast-moving defense matters.

The position is fully remote with a Texas base; compensation ranges from $90,000 to $170,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience focused on insurance defense (auto, trucking, premises liability).
• Active Texas bar license in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong motion practice and discovery management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities across active litigation files from evaluation through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses with litigation team.
• Handle hearings, mediations, and settlement strategy; assist trial preparation.
• Maintain clear client and carrier communication with practical case assessments.
