Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in San Diego seeks a mid level Insurance Defense Associate for a fully remote role. You will handle general liability, premises and product liability matters for major carriers with significant responsibility from day one.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of defense litigation experience, California bar admission, and the ability to practice in state courts. The firm offers a national platform, remote flexibility, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of insurance defense litigation with active courtroom exposure.
• Background in general liability, premises, or product liability defense.
• Bar admission in California; ability to practice in state courts.
• Fully remote position; strong record of practical performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises and products cases.
• Handle all phases of litigation from evaluation and pleadings through discovery, motions and trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, coverage memoranda and reports to insurers and insureds.
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court, argue motions and participate in mediations and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on strategy, risk assessment and file management.
