We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas is seeking an Insurance Defense / General Liability associate to join a national platform with flexible WFH options. You will handle litigation from rapid-response through trial and work with lead attorneys on complex cases.

The role offers a competitive base salary ($100k-$200k+), quarterly bonuses, mentorship, and strong growth paths within a top-tier defense team. Requirements include 2–10 years of civil litigation/insurance defense and California Bar

Qualifications

• 2–10 years litigation experience.
• California Bar admission required (other West Coast states may be considered).
• Experience in insurance defense or general liability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead attorneys across all litigation phases—from rapid-response investigations to discovery, depositions, and trial.
• Partner with counsel on rapid-response investigations, case assessment, and trial strategy to meet client goals.
• Handle end-to-end matters—post-loss investigations, evaluation, discovery/depositions, and trial.
