Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Analyst III to remotely analyze complex data from multiple sources, driving actionable insights that influence business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to present findings to leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, at least four years of related experience, and proficiency with Excel, SAS, SQL, and Visual Basic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
• Strong research, statistical and analytical abilities and proficiency in handling complex data.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis of data for assigned client group and its relation to overall objectives.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to gather findings and secure support for action plans.
• Provides recommendations for procedure development based on analytical insights.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for clients; may co-present to senior management.
• Develops and may coach others on reporting processes for client information.
