CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Analyst III for a remote role. You will analyze complex data from multiple sources to understand drivers of business results and influence next steps on both recurring and ad hoc projects.

As a trained analyst, you will apply analytic methods to solve unstructured problems, prepare clear findings for clients, and may co-present to senior management. Collaboration across departments is essential to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of directly related experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
• Adaptability and the capability of multi-tasking and strong time management
• Ability to make effective formal presentations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data for assigned client group and its relation to objectives.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to gain support on findings and action plan.
• Uses broader context to propose procedures and analyses for solutions.
• Prepares findings and recommendations for clients; may co-present to senior management.
• Develops and coaches on reporting processes for client communications
