The ideal candidate will be licensed in New York with at least 5 years of litigation experience and a background in insurance disputes and coverage matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.

• Lives within commuting distance to NYC and able to travel in for occasional court appearances.
• Open to candidates seeking less-than-full-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of insurance coverage and disputes litigation.
• Represent clients in court appearances in the NYC area as needed.
• Manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and related litigation tasks.
• Collaborate with the broader litigation team on complex coverage matters.
