Billable Hours: 1800 hrs

I’m currently recruiting for a fully remote Insurance Coverage Attorney opportunity with a well-established litigation practice focused on representing insurers and reinsurers in sophisticated coverage, reinsurance, and commercial disputes.

The role will focus primarily on:

• Insurance coverage litigation
• First- and third-party coverage disputes
• Insurance-related arbitration
• Complex commercial litigation
• Policy interpretation and coverage analysis
• Catastrophic and complex claims

The practice has handled sophisticated matters involving property, business interruption, environmental, construction defect, professional liability, product liability, toxic tort, and other complex insurance issues.

Ideal Candidate:

• Attorney licensed in New York and/or New Jersey
• Strong litigation, arbitration, and legal analysis skills
• Comfortable handling sophisticated matters with significant client exposure
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 to $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
