Qualifications

• 4–7 years of active litigation experience.
• Direct experience with first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively in a primarily remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Work on first-party and third-party insurance coverage disputes.
• Draft motions, discovery, pretrial filings, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Analyze coverage issues involving CGL, property, builder's risk, E&O, D&O, and other insurance policies.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with an experienced litigation team on case strategy.
