Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Work on first-party and third-party insurance coverage disputes.
• Draft motions, discovery, pretrial filings, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Analyze coverage issues involving CGL, property, builder's risk, E&O, D&O, and other insurance policies.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with an experienced litigation team on case strategy.

A top law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join its growing Insurance Coverage and Commercial Litigation practice in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking for sophisticated work, meaningful responsibility, and the flexibility of a primarily remote schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $175,000-$190,000, depending on experience
• Schedule: Primarily remote, with access to office space in Boca Raton
• Attorneys must be able to travel throughout Florida as needed for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

What You'll Do
