Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
- Law Review and/or honors graduates preferred.
- Active Florida Bar in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
- Provide clear coverage recommendations for clients.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
- Review and analyze document productions for litigation readiness.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to advance case objectives.
