Distinct | North America is seeking an experienced Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Associate who can work fully remotely from Los Angeles. You will write coverage opinions, issue reservation of rights letters, depose the claims handler, and litigate declaratory relief and bad faith matters in state and federal courts.

The role involves 1,950 billable hours and a compensation range of $160,000 to $210,000 plus a formula-driven bonus.
