Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation defense.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and advise insurers on complex coverage issues.
• Draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions.
• Manage your own caseload with support from experienced partners.
• Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, and dispositive motion work.
