This remote role offers a base salary of up to $200,000, with a bonus structure, emphasizing a sustainable work-life balance. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year in relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and values autonomy within a supportive culture. Candidates will engage in high-impact litigation while achieving a healthier pace of legal practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation defense.
• 3+ years of general litigation defense experience with a strong interest in insurance.
• Strong ability to analyze complex insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex coverage issues.
• Draft detailed coverage opinions and handle depositions.
• Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions.
