We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to join our remote team. You will analyse policies, draft opinions and manage coverage disputes for national and international clients, including Lloyd’s syndicates, with opportunities for clear partner progression.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in coverage work, strong legal-writing skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with claims professionals and senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• At least two years of insurance-coverage experience.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• Strong policy-analysis, legal-writing and litigation skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively.
• Insurance-defense experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Analyse insurance policies and advise carriers on coverage obligations.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters and DISCLAIMERS.
• Handle declaratory-judgment and bad-faith litigation.
• Manage discovery, depositions, motions and court appearances.
• Represent insurers in mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations.
• Work directly with claims professionals and senior coverage attorneys.
