Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan, NY (Remote) seeks an Insurance Defense Partner to lead high-exposure matters for Fortune 500 insureds and national carriers. You will run strategy from pre-trial to resolution, with first-chair or second-chair trial experience and direct dialogue with clients.

The selected candidate will bring 8+ years of post-bar insurance defense, hold a NY bar admission, and manage a docket and catastrophe-response files while enjoying partner-level compensation

Qualifications

JD and active New York bar.
8+ years post-bar insurance defense with Counsel/Partner title or senior associate running files.
Experience on high-exposure matters.

Responsibilities

Run high-exposure construction, products, transportation, and GL matters from strategy through resolution.
First-chair or second-chair trial and dispositive motions.
Direct client contact with national carriers and corporate insureds.
Staff and supervise a docket, including catastrophic-response files.
