Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York City seeks an experienced insurance coverage attorney to advise insurers on complex exposures, interpret policies, and provide sound coverage guidance for high-stakes disputes and advisory matters.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of coverage experience, strong policy interpretation skills, and is admitted to the New York Bar. Opportunity to work with leading domestic and international insurers on cross-border matters and sophisticated liability issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on complex insurance coverage issues.
• Strong ability to interpret policies and advise on exposures.
• Experience working with insurers on CGL, professional liability, property or casualty matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurers on coverage analysis, policy interpretation and complex exposures
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights and disclaimer correspondence
• Manage discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation and arbitration
• Work directly with carriers, underwriters and experienced coverage partners
