Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to lead complex coverage actions for multinational clients, handling D&O, cyber, and property policies. The role offers a remote-friendly Manhattan office with flexible options and a compensation package of $200K–$225K base plus $25K–$40K in bonuses for successful rulings.

The attorney will manage end-to-end coverage matters in a small, autonomous team of 3–5, with access to experienced partners.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting insurance policies and handling bad faith disputes.
• Strong drafting of coverage opinions, letters, and declination letters.
• Experience representing insurers in coverage litigation and declaratory judgments.
• Ability to negotiate settlements and mediate disputes.
• Experience in NY insurance coverage practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex policies to determine coverage obligations and exposures.
• Draft coverage opinions, letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including motions and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations to resolve disputes.
• Advise on policy drafting and risk management to minimize future disputes.
