Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 3–5 years of experience interpreting D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O insurance policies.
• 2+ years of Lloyd’s of London program accounts preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and coverage.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and disclosures.
• Monitor D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O across the U.S.
• Coordinate with defense counsel for insureds and clients.
• Prepare bordereau and client-specific reports.
• Report to underwriters and program producers.
