• EUO and mediation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Policy analysis and coverage opinions.
• First-party property disputes handling.
• Claim investigations and pre-suit strategy.
• Examinations under oath (EUOs).
• Pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Coverage litigation from inception through resolution.
