Applicants must have an active California Bar license and at least 4 years of experience in insurance litigation. The position involves managing a caseload, analyzing policies, and collaborating with seasoned litigators on complex coverage disputes.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of insurance litigation experience.
• Experience with first-party and/or third-party coverage matters.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance-coverage and litigation caseload.
• Analyze insurance policies and evaluate coverage positions.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and develop written analyses.
• Work directly with insurer clients and opposing counsel.
