Job summary

Tressler LLP is seeking an associate attorney with at least 1 year of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our nationwide practice. The role offers remote work within the United States or a hybrid option in our Orange County office.

The ideal candidate will manage complex coverage matters, develop litigation strategies, take depositions, handle settlements, and support client relationships across the country.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license (Required)
• 1 year of Insurance Coverage experience (Required)
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex insurance coverage litigation and manage multiple cases
• Develop and implement litigation strategies and budgets
• Conduct and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on business, professional liability, and employment disputes
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements
• Assist with marketing and business development to drive firm growth
