• 5-8+ years of experience in insurance defense with courtroom and first/second chair trial experience.
• License to practice law in California required.
• Requires law degree.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle an inventory of litigated and non-litigated files.
• Advise and mentor less senior attorneys.
• Prepare discovery, pleadings, and trial briefs with input from claims specialists.
• Appear and argue on behalf of CSAA IG and its member insureds.
• Conduct all phases of personal injury litigation including trials, motions, and arbitrations.
