Job summary

EXL Survey and Risk Control is hiring for a remote, home-based role supporting insurance appraisal scheduling and customer support for policyholders in the US. You will guide homeowners through our ASSIST self-survey product, provide concierge-style service, and help manage communications via phone, SMS, and email.

Excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders by phone, SMS and email to schedule insurance appraisals.
• Provide a concierge service for ASSIST, aiding with photo-capture app installation and tech questions.
• Keep work order statuses up to date in the system.
• Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve productivity goals.
• Keep management informed of unusual situations or instructions.
