Aon plc in Fort Washington, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist II to support the Affinity Insurance Services group in the AICPA Insurance Programs Department. This office-based role starts in Ft. Washington with training, then allows 1-2 days remote weekly.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in sales/service for insurance products, and relevant licenses. The package includes comprehensive benefits and pay range $55,000–$60,000.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls via 800 lines with multi-product portfolio—Life, Health, and P&C products.
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence.
• Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards.
• Interact with other departments on projects including new programs, products and technology.
• Evaluate individual customers’ needs and propose additional insurance products based on household and business needs.
