Job summary

Aon plc in Fort Washington, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist II to support the Affinity Insurance Services group within the AICPA Insurance Programs Department. The role is office-based initially, with potential for remote 1–2 days per week after training.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls on Life, Health, and P&C products, ensure service standards, assist with knowledge transfer, and collaborate across departments to introduce new programs and licenses required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
• 1-3 years’ experience in sales and service supporting multiple insurance products and/or financial services products.
• Life, Accident & Health, Series 6 & 63 licenses required; Variable Life licenses required; P&C license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls across Life, Health, and Property & Casualty products.
• Work with variable lines product, audits and compliance.
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence.
• Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards.
• Interact with other departments on projects including new programs, products and technology.
• Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training and intranet projects.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and propose additional insurance products based on household and business needs.
