Aon seeks a Licensed Customer Service Specialist I to support its Affinity Insurance Services group in Fort Washington, PA. The role is office-based for the first 6 months, then hybrid with remote days, and finally potential hybrid work 2 days per week after one year.

The individual will handle calls across Life, Health and Property & Casualty products, respond to emails, maintain records, and work with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty licenses required; Life, Health & Accident licenses to be obtained within 90 days.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle inquiries across multiple products.
• Ability to learn multiple products and support revenue growth for the program

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls via 800 lines across Life, Health, and Property & Casualty products.
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence.
• Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Advise on additional insurance products based on client needs and updates to records.
• Provide analysis and prepare reports for accurate business results for the carrier.
