Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our Risk Solutions team remotely. The role provides support to commercial clients, managing certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and related documentation to ensure timely service commitments.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of commercial insurance experience, solid knowledge of industry regulations, and strong office-practice skills to maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality administrative support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance legislation, rules, laws, and other regulations pertaining to the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto identification cards.
• Familiarity with insurance contracts and their provisions.
• Working knowledge of business office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and agreements for certificate of insurance requirements.
• Issue a high volume of certificates of insurance for assigned accounts.
• Issue a high volume of auto ID cards and workers' compensation posting notices for assigned accounts.
• Use various database systems containing relevant renewal information to support the issuance of certificates and auto ID updates.
• Attend training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements.
• Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
