Responsabilidades

• Follow-up billing and collection duties to ensure timely payment of physician charges.
• Review patient accounts to verify insurance, eligibility, and invoice resolution.
• Use Epic, system tools, and payer websites for submissions and status inquiries.
• Meet QA and efficiency standards for one-touch resolution.
• Interact with management and staff to discuss issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
