AO Globe Life is hiring for a 100% remote, independent contractor role suited for graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You will be trained, receive licensing guidance, and work with inbound client interest across the United States.

Responsibilities include guiding enrollment, documenting steps, mentoring, presenting supplemental benefits, and building lasting client relationships through virtual meetings. Compensation is performance-based with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Willing to obtain required licensing for state operations.
• Access to a Windows PC, webcam and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment from start to finish with professionalism.
• Handle documentation and follow-ups accurately.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and team training.
• Walk clients through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Build long-term client relationships and prioritize quality interactions.
• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.
