Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on insurance payments and verify claim status.
• Process 40–50 accounts per workday per payor.
• Address denials and $0 pay reports within 24 hours.
• Gather demographics, medical records, and authorizations.

• Input time and attend team meetings.
