Harris Computer’s MEDHOST subsidiary seeks an Account Follow-up Representative II to review and resolve outstanding hospital insurance balances. The remote US role collaborates with payors to obtain information and drives timely resolution of unpaid claims.

The position targets candidates with 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, a high school diploma, and strong MS Office skills, capable of handling 40–50 accounts daily and supporting 90-day post-discharge goals.

Competenze

• 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or related field.
• Knowledge of insurance follow-up processes and timelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA privacy and security standards.

Mansioni

• Follow-up on insurance balances and verify claim status to resolve accounts.
• Work 40–50 accounts per workday for assigned payors.
• Identify denials and route for reconsideration or appeal when needed.
• Gather demographic, clinical and insurance information for claims.
• Communicate with payors to obtain information for resolution.
• Support leadership with A/R management and 90-day post-discharge targets.
