Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is seeking an Insurance Analyst III to analyze complex data from multiple sources and influence actions. This remote role supports clients across the United States, with opportunities to lead recurring and ad hoc projects using analytic methods and technical skills.

The position requires a strong foundation in statistics and data analysis, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4 years of directly related experience.
Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses.
Adaptability and the capability of multi-tasking and strong time management.
Ability to make effective formal presentations and strong written/oral communication.
Ability to work in a team environment and mentor/co-work with others.

Responsibilities

Performs complex analysis of data for assigned client group and how it relates to overall objectives.
Research includes collaboration with different departments outside IPM/IPO and gaining support on findings and action plan.
Applies knowledge to develop procedures and analyses needed for securing solutions.
Prepares findings and recommendations for clients and may co-present to senior management.
Develops and may coach on processes for reporting information to clients.
