Job summary

Independence Pet Group (IPG) is seeking an Insurance Agent- Service Agent to assist customers with information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly. The role requires a Property & Casualty license (or license within 45 days) and at least 2 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience.
• Must maintain a Property & Casualty License or obtain within 45 days of hire.
• Remote-work role with EST shift timing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Resolve problems and issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage customer contacts including questions, complaints, warranties, and general concerns.
• Analyze accounts and perform problem resolution and account reviews.
• Support team with cross-training and coverage as needed.
• Ensure understanding of and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Engage in sales and retention activities with current and new clients.
