The T&A Agency is seeking licensed life and health insurance agents for remote work with uncapped commissions. This role offers flexible hours and a choice of full-time or part-time arrangements, with ongoing training and access to top carriers.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, building relationships, generating leads, educating clients on policies, and staying current with industry trends. A license, or willingness to obtain one, is required.

Qualifications
