Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency in Florida is seeking licensed insurance agents who want to build a lasting income by helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their homes, vehicles, and assets. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

You can work from Brightway’s Middleburg HQ or remotely from anywhere in Florida, with support from a national carrier network to compare options, build clients, and grow a personal book of business.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license required.
• Experience selling personal and commercial insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about what matters most to them
• Help clients understand their risks and make confident coverage decisions
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability, and other available insurance products
• Compare options across Brightway’s extensive carrier network
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
• Develop referral partnerships and pursue new sales opportunities
• Grow a personal book of business and recurring renewal income
• Meet a minimum monthly production requirement after your ramp-up period
