Job summary

Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency is seeking licensed insurance agents in Georgia to help clients protect homes, vehicles, and businesses while building a personal book of business. This is a 100% commission-based role with no ceiling on income, and you can work remotely from anywhere in Georgia.

You will leverage Brightways network of carriers to compare options, grow relationships, and pursue new sales opportunities, with ongoing support from a back-end service team to focus on client

Qualifications

• Active Georgia P&C license required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.
• Reliable with own computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about coverage needs.
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability insurance.
• Build and manage a personal book of business with recurring renewals.
• Develop referral partnerships and grow sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly production targets after ramp-up period.
