Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency in Florida is seeking licensed insurance agents to build a personal book of business and help clients protect homes, autos, and more. This 100% commission role offers uncapped earnings with a focus on relationship building and long-term client renewal income.

You can work from our Middleburg HQ or remote from anywhere in Florida, with opportunities to grow into leadership as your book expands. Prior personal lines and commercial lines experience is preferred.

Formación

• Hold an active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license.
• Enjoy helping people and building lasting client relationships.
• Motivated by earning potential and own performance.

Responsabilidades

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about coverage needs.
• Explain risks and help clients choose policies.
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability insurance.
• Build relationships and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Grow a personal book of business with recurring renewals.
