Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency in Florida is seeking licensed insurance agents to help individuals, families, and businesses protect their assets while building a personal book of business. This is a 100% commission-based role without a ceiling on earnings.

Positions can be based in our Middleburg HQ or remote anywhere in Florida, with the freedom to compare options across Brightway’s network of 80+ carriers and grow long-term client relationships for ongoing renewal income.

Formación

• Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license
• Licensed and experienced insurance agents who want to build a future for others and themselves
• Willing to work in a 100% commission-based role with no commission ceiling

Responsabilidades

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about risks and coverage needs
• Help clients understand risks and make confident coverage decisions
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability, and other insurance products
• Compare options across Brightway’s carrier network
• Build long-term client relationships and develop referral partnerships
• Grow a personal book of business and recurring renewal income
• Meet a minimum monthly production requirement after ramp-up
