We are looking for a motivated Remote Insurance Agent who wants to build a rewarding career in insurance sales while working from home. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-driven and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative sales approach.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Life and Health license; licensing support provided.
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
• Present clear life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
• Manage sales activities and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
• Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
• Receive mentorship and support while growing within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
