Qualifications

• Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Proficiency with quoting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to explain complex policy details clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios.
• Willingness to participate in local community events and networking in Strongsville.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify risks and recommend coverage solutions.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure documentation complies with state regulations.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide timely advice on coverage gaps or adjustments.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries with clarity and support.
