Job summary

Troy Sayer State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow our Alaska agency through meaningful customer relations and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.

Remote work is considered for candidates with State Farm experience, with competitive compensation including base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
