The Courtney Reed - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to grow our client base by proactively reaching out to prospects and engaging with the community. You will act as the liaison between customer needs and agency operations, helping clients select auto, home, life, and financial products.

In this role you’ll build and manage your own sales pipeline, meet daily activity targets, and collaborate with the agency owner to learn the full business of insurance and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement

• Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to closed policy
• Hit daily activity targets — calls made, quotes delivered, policies written
• Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the full business of insurance and financial services
• Represent the State Farm brand with professionalism in every interaction
