Ridge Tefft - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and grow the agency through meaningful customer relations. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, improving lives by proactively marketing relevant State Farm products and services.

You will develop relationships, conduct policy reviews, and assist in resolving complex customer issues while leveraging insurance product knowledge to upsell to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
