Qualifications

• Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is required.
• Active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses are required.
• Must be able to work Colorado Mountain Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups.
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system.
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals.
